Peptide analysis

We offer NMR-based peptide determination that provides insights into their primary, secondary and tertiary structures due to their atom-selective nature. Our GMP/GLP-certified laboratories analyze your products according to GxP standards with FDA approval. We characterize peptides up to 35 amino acids, among others, and perform full identity testing by assigning 1H, 13C and 15N NMR signals as well as 2D experiments. Flexible reporting options are available.

Phospholipid analysis

Spectral Service AG developed the phospholipid analysis method using 31P-NMR spectroscopy over 30 years ago and we have established as global leaders in this field. Our team performs this analysis daily, handling around 50 samples from diverse matrices worldwide. Spectral Service AG developed the USP method for phospholipids in krill oil and established the AOCS method. The 31P-NMR method for phospholipid analysis is also endorsed by the ILPS as the official technique.

Pharmaceuticals

Molecular structure determination is a crucial step in the development of active ingredients and quality control of pharmaceuticals. Therefore, we run several NMR analyses including e.g.1H, 13C, 19F, 23Na , and 31P NMR. To elucidate the chemical structure, 2D-NMR analyses like COSY, HSQC and HMBC are performed to identify the connection between different nuclei. Thus, active ingredients, impurities and solvents can be determined
