Our PCR Master Mixes are 2x concentrated (liquid), ready-to-use and optimized for various PCR, qPCR  and Reverse Transcription applications. The Ultimate Master Mixes are particularly suitable for Multiplex reactions and stable at +4 °C for several weeks. While primer, probes and template DNA are intended to be added by the customer, all other components (like HotStart Polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs and MgCl₂) are already included. All sets contain additional PCR grade water and MgCl₂.
